Smart Print program

What is the objective of the Smart Print Program?

The Bass Pro Shops family of companies is committed to reducing their impact on the environment. Part of that commitment can be seen in the ongoing Smart Print Program that landed in 2019. We started with over 7,000 print devices printing over 100 million pages each year. With the help from the team at Harris Technologies, we now have less than 3,500 print devices printing less than 60 million pages, saving 4,000 trees every year. We need your continued support to reduce our footprint in a responsible way that keeps our business productive.

What is a "Smart Print Device?"

These devices will be labeled with a green Smart Print decal. They order their own toner -
ALL ON THEIR OWN!

It's important to know that they can't predict unusual large print jobs, so you might want to order some emergency stock as a buffer.

What do I do if there are problems with my printer?

If you notice any issues with your printer, whether it has an error code, is printing light or streaky, contact the Bass Pro Help Desk.

Make/Model, Serial Number & IP Address are required for expedited service!

What about non-networked printers without a Smart Print decal?

These devices are not Smart Devices and you'll need to order supplies for them manually through Coupa. Any repair needs will have a ticket created by contacting the help desk.
