Carrie joined Harris Technologies in 2024 as the Director of Brand Logistics, bringing over 30 years of experience in print and promotional products. She is known for her problem-solving abilities, commitment to process improvement, and passion for building lasting relationships.

Director of Film and Packaging
With 10 years of pressure sensitive, shrink sleeve, and heat transfer knowledge Justin brings innovative ideas to clients interested in packaging, design, and supply chain agility. He joined Harris Technologies in 2021 focusing in selling into the prime label market.

Elissa has been an account manager since 2016 delivering a high-quality customer service experience. Elissa balances her work life with being a chaos coordinator between her 3 children, husband, 2 dogs, 3 fish, 2 lizards & a turtle and enjoys the great outdoors.

Director of Managed Print Services
Ryan joined Harris in late 2024 and has been in the print industry since 1999. Over the years, he has held roles in Operations, Service, Sales Support, Administration, and Purchasing for a variety of dealers. Outside of work, Ryan and his wife enjoy travel, watersports, and watching their two daughters play competitive soccer.

Dave Shipley
Director of Strategic Accounts
Dave joined Harris Technologies as the Director of Strategic Accounts, with a long history in the prime label and packaging industry. From starting and selling his own business, to working with some of the top manufacturers in the country, Dave brings his vast industry knowledge to our clients every day. When David isn’t working he is spending time with Family, vacationing in Florida or enjoying a round of golf with friends.

Jim has been involved in Heat Transfer Labels (HTL) for over 40 years primarily in the areas of Development, Marketing, Sales and the Public and Private Education of its benefits. When Jim is not head-deep into HTL, he enjoys traveling with his wife Paula and spoiling his three fantastic Grandchildren!

Joe has been in sales for over 3 years, starting off his career in IT recruitment and sales and has recently joined the family business at the start of 2022. Outside of the office Joe enjoys rooting for the cardinals, fishing, golfing, and spending time with his wife Elizabeth and three children.

Distribution Center Team
With four warehouses around the country, we can ship UPS ground deliveries next day to 99% of the US population. It sounds simple, but there are dedicated men and women who wake up early and stay late to make sure our customers get the right supplies, on time.

Help Desk Team
In several of our largest engagements, our staff acts as an extension of our client’s IT Help Desk. Tickets and calls are routed to our team in St. Charles and they trouble shoot, diagnose, and dispatch printer problems all over the world.

This company was started with humble beginnings in a basement playroom converted to a makeshift office. The black board walls that once had scribbles and drawings from toddlers, now covered with words of encouragement and goals, written in chalk from family and friends. Although that seems like a long time ago, we will never forget where we came from and what it took to get here.
